This is a desk+field profile.
You will join the Customer Success team and your primary responsibility will be to generate, maintain, consolidate and track various Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly reports and sharing them with the clients, executing marketing campaigns for major restaurants and hospitality brands using Mobikon’s Restaurant CRM platform. You’ll have to constantly innovate by using automation to reduce manual work, increase efficiency, introduce & improve processes to ensure all campaigns are successfully executed on time. You’ll own the CRM execution & Reports from customer communication all the way to delivery and reporting. You’ll have a major say in suggesting new features/improvements to the product platform.
