1.9. Mobikon and its officers, directors, contractors or agents shall not be responsible for the authenticity of the Information that You or any other user provide to Mobikon. You shall indemnify and hold harmless Mobikon and its officers, directors, contractors or agents and any third party relying on the Information provided by You in the event You are in breach of this Privacy Policy including this provision and the immediately preceding provision above.

1.10. Your Information will primarily be stored in electronic form however certain data can also be stored in physical form. We may store, collect, process and use your data in countries other than the Republic of India but under compliance with applicable laws. You hereby unconditionally agree and permit that Mobikon may transfer, share, disclose or part with all or any of Your Information, within and outside of the Republic of India to third party service providers/ restaurants/partners/body corporates/banks and financial institutions for one or more of the Purposes or as may be required by applicable law.

3.2. When you make a restaurant reservation or execute transaction through our Website, Your Information is provided to Us and to the restaurants with whom You choose to reserve. In order to facilitate Your reservation and order processing, We provide Your information to that restaurant in a similar manner as if You had made a reservation or order directly with the restaurant. If You provide a mobile phone number, restaurants or Mobikon may send You text messages regarding Your reservation or order’s delivery status. Some restaurants also require You to provide credit or debit card account information to secure Your reservation. When You make a restaurant reservation or transaction through Our Website and/or make a payment to a restaurant through Our Website, We may also share with the restaurant’s additional information, such as information about Your preferences and history or information that we collect from third-parties.

3.3. You acknowledge and agree that, to the extent permissible under applicable laws, it is adequate that when Mobikon transfers Your Information to any other entity within or outside Your country of residence, Mobikon will place contractual obligations on the transferee which will oblige the transferee to adhere to the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

Mobikon may share statistical data and other details (other than Your Personally Identifiable Information) without Your express or implied consent to facilitates various programmes or initiatives launched by Mobikon, its affiliates, agents, third party service providers, partners, body corporates or banks & financial institutions, from time to time. A “Force Majeure Event” shall mean any event that is beyond Our reasonable control and shall include, without limitation, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorised access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, etc.
